Shipping, Returns & Pre Orders
Bubba Cloud® is located in Australia and we ship both Nationally and Internationally. If you do not see your Country available at the checkout please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you a quote. We ship all of our parcels with Australia Post, Aramex Courier Service and DHL. Standard Australia Wide Shipping is Flat rate shipping of $10 to all Australian states excluding QLD and we use a combination of Australia Post and Aramex Couriers for this service.
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as you've placed your order. Please let us know if you don't receive your order confirmation email, as your tracking details will be sent to the same email address.
Standard Shipping service takes approximately 3-5 business days and Express Shipping 1-3 business days, however the estimated delivery time varies depending on your location. All orders are sent with Authority to leave parcel, if you do not want your parcel left please specify this in the special instructions box at the checkout. International Express Shipping is available to customers outside of Australia. Our International shipping charges do not include Tax and Duties. Please allow 6+ business days dependant on your location. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We work very hard to make, pack and ship your orders as soon as we possibly can. Most stock orders are shipped out within in 1-3 Business days.
It’s your responsibility to make sure that your postal address details are correct - we won’t be responsible for any incorrect or failed delivery if you don’t supply current, accurate postal address details. If your order is undelivered due to your error and returned to us, we reserve the right to require you to pay further postage fees or terminate this agreement and issue a refund in accordance with this agreement.
We also offer free local pickup for all customers who live on the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. We will contact you via email when your order is ready for pickup to arrange a suitable day/time. To collect your order from our warehouse in Caloundra QLD, please use the code 'LOCALPICKUP' at the checkout.
Once your order has left our studio, any delays caused by Australia Post or Aramex are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. We will however do our best to assist with any issues that may arise. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by Australia Post and Aramex and may vary depending on your location. Some countries may have their own custom charges or fees, it is the customers responsibility to be aware of and to make payment to the appropriate bodies to receive their parcel.
All of our Linen Covers are Hand Made to Order so please allow 1-3 days lead time (unless otherwise specified in the product description) We aim to have your product to you as soon as we can, however handmade items can take a little longer than usual. We are committed to providing the highest quality product for your Bubba within a reasonable time and never want to overlook the finer details.
Pre Order items are items that will ship at a later date. We understand how important it is to prepare for a new baby and so we want to make sure you have the opportunity to check everything off your list. From time to time, when we sell out of stock, we will give you the option to Pre Order your Cloud, so you don’t miss out. You can find an approx. delivery date for our Pre Order items at the very top of the Product Description. When you purchase a Pre Order item you will receive a confirmation email with the approx. delivery information included. Our shipping estimations are approx. and your items may ship earlier than expected, however in some circumstances there may be delays that are out of our control! If for any reason there are delays we will contact you via email.
When placing a Pre Order there are a few things that you need to keep in mind and we have listed our terms and information you need to know below:
- All Pre Order shipping dates are a rough estimate and can be subject to change and delays.
- Most of the time our shipments come close to the estimated time frame, however it is the nature of the industry for shipping delays to occur and other external factors like customs clearances etc to delay a shipment.
- We will ensure that you are kept up to date via email with the status of your Pre Order if delays do occur.
- If you purchase a stock item with a Pre Order item they will ship together when your Pre order is ready.
- If you do not wish for this to happen you can contact us at email@example.com to arrange separate shipping.
- We offer Express Shipping at the checkout and if you have selected this option for a Pre Order item, your item will arrive quickly when the stock is shipped from our warehouse.
- Please note that Express Shipping at the checkout does not mean that the item is in stock.
- Payment for Pre Orders will be processed upon ordering and the item will then be prepared for delivery when the stock arrives at our warehouse.
- Pre Order items are still eligible to be returned within our standard returns window as per our return/refund policy listed below.
- If you wish to cancel your Pre Order you need to do so by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- All Pre Orders are sold on a first come, first serve basis and we are unable to hold or reserve items.
- By placing a Pre Order you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and our standard shipping policies apply.
We want you to LOVE your purchase. If for any reason your purchase is not right for you, you are welcome to return your item within a 14 day period from the date you received it. The item must be in new condition, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with ALL labels and hangtags still attached. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. Gift Cards may not be returned. Items marked as sale will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Please note we do not offer returns or refunds on any of our Seconds/Imperfect Items.
Please contact email@example.com if you need to return your item. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Bubba Cloud® prior to sending the item back. You will be required to provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorised.
Please note, all original shipping charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges and materials are your (the customer) responsibility, and non-refundable. We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel and encourage you to keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a refund without physical goods or proof of delivery. Once the return has been received, a refund will be processed or an alternative product can be dispatched for the value of the original purchase. Please note it can take up to 5-7 business days for refunds to show up in your account.

Online Sample Sale
Our online sample sales are items sold at a heavily discount price and may have minor faults or signs of wear from photoshoots etc and prices reflect the condition of each item.
All sales are final and we have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy for these items. This includes change of mind or for reasonable flaws in the item/s.
