Look 1 ~ Rich and Earthy
"The space is by Sarah Shinners (Melbourne designer), image via V Happy Co and I just love it for the rich honey/gold colour on the walls which you could partner with just about any other colour. It's elevated too by the ornate skirting and shag rug. Those rugs are very inexpensive too which is good news for everyone!"

Look 2 ~ Joyful Colour
"This space by Sarah Sherman Samuel is pure joy. Strong use of colour and pattern, it's like a child's wonderland. I love the scalloped pattern on the wall and that everything feels a bit oversized and dramatic. I'm obsessed with the heavy drapery flanking the huge arch. The nursery is not a time you want to hold back and SSS shows us how it's done."

Look 3 ~ Playful and Warm
"This is another of Sarah Sherman Samuel spaces. It's a very clever and unique use of colour and I love how she uses furniture that can be repurposed and have longevity rather than nursery-specific pieces. The art too is playful enough to be engaging to a baby but isn't baby-specific. I love that she didn't paint the timber ceiling as it adds welcomed warmth."
